These terms are an agreement between you and Aeternus Inc. (“we”), 8 The Green, Ste A, Dover, Kent County, Delaware 19901. We operate this site as Agentrail.

These terms cover your use of agentrail.co, including the waitlist and booking a conversation with us. They do not cover a future Agentrail product. If we offer that product, it will have its own terms.

By using the site, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

The waitlist

Submitting your email asks us to contact you about Agentrail. It does not buy a product, hold a price, or guarantee access, a launch date, or a particular feature.

We decide who joins, in what order, and whether a product is offered at all. We may change, pause, or stop the waitlist, and we may remove an entry.

You confirm that the email you submit is yours, or that you have permission to submit it.

Using the site

Use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not try to break, overload, or probe it. Do not submit someone else’s email without permission. Do not use the site to send spam or other harmful content.

We may block access that breaks these terms.

Our material

The site, the Agentrail name and logo, and the text and images on the site belong to us or our licensors. You may view them and share links to the site. You may not copy them into another product, or use our marks in a way that suggests we endorse you.

Other services

Booking a meeting uses Cal.com. Links from this site, including social profiles, go to services we do not control. Their terms apply once you leave agentrail.co, and when you use their form.

Disclaimers

The site is a way to follow and join a waitlist. Nothing on it is legal, security, or product advice.

The site is provided as is and as available. We do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, accurate, or free of errors, or that a product described on it will ship.

Liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Aeternus Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising out of your use of this website.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such a limit is not allowed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You and Aeternus Inc. agree that the state and federal courts located in Delaware are the forum for disputes arising out of these terms or the site.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page, dated above, is the one that applies. If you keep using the site after we post a change, you accept the updated terms.
