# Subprocessors

Aeternus Inc. (“Agentrail”) uses the companies below as Subprocessors when it processes Company Personal Data for the Services under the [Data Processing Agreement](https://www.agentrail.co/dpa).

The table names each Subprocessor, what it does, and where it processes that data. Agentrail updates this page when the list changes, and gives the notice the DPA requires before a new Subprocessor starts: at least fourteen days, with seven days to object.

Words used here have the meanings in the DPA.

Each Subprocessor’s own subprocessors are on the pages linked above. Agentrail requires each Subprocessor to impose equivalent data protection obligations on anyone it uses to process Company Personal Data, and remains liable to the Company for that Subprocessor’s performance.
