Privacy Policy
Updated October 5, 2026
This policy covers agentrail.co: the public website, the waitlist, and booking a conversation with us. It does not cover a future Agentrail product. If we offer that product, we will say how it handles information before you use it.
This site is operated by Aeternus Inc. (“we”), 8 The Green, Ste A, Dover, Kent County, Delaware 19901, under the name Agentrail.
What we collect
Email address. If you join the waitlist, we store the address you submit. We use it to keep your place, to email you about the waitlist, and to recognize the same address if you submit it again.
Meeting details. Get in touch opens a scheduler run by Cal.com. If you book a time, Cal.com collects what you enter there, such as your name and email, and shares it with us so the meeting can happen. Cal.com’s privacy policy applies to that form.
How you use the site. We use PostHog to record page views and a few actions: joining the waitlist, a join that did not go through, and booking a meeting. Before you submit an email, those events are not tied to your name or email. After you join, we link activity in that browser to the email you gave us.
Visit counts. Vercel hosts this site and counts visits in aggregate. That measurement does not use cookies and does not identify you.
Theme. If you switch between light and dark, that choice stays in your browser. We do not receive it.
We do not ask for payment details on this site. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your email for advertising.
Why we use it
We use this information to run the waitlist, send messages you asked for, hold meetings you book, understand how the site is used, and keep it working.
Who else handles it
A few companies process information so they can provide a service to us:
- Attio stores waitlist email addresses.
- PostHog processes site analytics. Our PostHog project is in the United States.
- Vercel hosts the site and provides the visit counts described above.
- Cal.com runs the meeting scheduler.
- Customer.io sends waitlist email, including the link to leave the list.
We do not give your email to other companies for their own marketing.
How long we keep it
We keep your email while you are on the waitlist. If you leave the list, or ask us to delete it, we remove it from the waitlist. A copy may remain in backups for a limited time, and analytics may remain in a form that does not identify you.
Cookies and storage
PostHog stores an identifier in your browser so it can tell one visit from another. Your theme choice is stored in local storage on your device. You can block or delete that storage in your browser. The site still works if you do. Some analytics events may then be missing, or treated as a new visit.
Your choices
You can leave the waitlist from the link in our emails. You can also ask us to delete the email you submitted, or to correct it. Use Get in touch on the homepage, or reply to a message we sent you.
If you are in the EEA, the UK, or a place with similar rules, you can ask to access, correct, delete, or export personal information we hold about you, and you can object to or restrict certain uses of it. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
This site is not meant for anyone under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version on this page and update the date above. If a change materially affects email addresses already on the waitlist, we will also say so in a message to those addresses.
