# Workflows

> Define the jobs agents can complete with your product.

**Workflows** lists the jobs you test, how many scenario asks belong to each job, whether its active definition is **Ready**, and its **Starting state**.

Select a workflow to inspect its steps, what counts as done, and its exact scenario asks. Links from a scenario open that workflow directly, and the selected workflow stays in the page URL. **Analyse this workflow** opens Analytics with that workflow selected.

## Create or change a definition

An Admin can choose **Create workflow**, name the job, select its product and starting state, and define its steps and success signals. If you change the product, prepared data for the previous product is cleared. Choose its preparation operations again. Saving requests readiness checks. **Edit definition** saves a new definition; past runs keep the definition they used.

Missing definition values are marked beside the field to correct, including step and result names and supporting Brand Vault facts.

If an edit cannot be confirmed, read the latest definition before saving again. The form keeps your draft and shows that the change could not be confirmed.

If a create cannot be confirmed, close the form and check the list. Closing and reopening keeps the warning and does not send another create request. A create still waiting for an answer remains pending when you return.

A ready definition stays active while its replacement is checked. The list shows the replacement beside it and updates when its checks finish. A definition that **Needs attention** shows why in the inspector. Open **Inspect readiness and history** to inspect the saved definitions and their readiness runs, or request **Check readiness** again.

## Regenerate or accept a proposal

**Regenerate from Brand Vault** drafts a new definition for the workflow's capability. A workflow you edited keeps its existing definition while the new proposal waits for your decision. Inspect the proposal under **Inspect readiness and history**, then choose **Accept proposed definition** to start its readiness checks.

## Archive a workflow

**Archive workflow** archives its scenarios with it. Past runs and results are kept. Scenarios that have no workflow are unaffected.

Members can inspect definitions and results. Only an Admin can change or archive a workflow, accept a proposal, regenerate it, or request readiness checks.
