# Recommendations

> Inspect product problems and the evidence behind each recommended change.

Open **Recommendations** to see problems agents encountered with your
product and pages that could not be read. Use **Stage** and **Surface** to
narrow the list. **Load more** continues through the results.

**No recommendations yet** means the unfiltered list is empty. If a stage or
surface filter has no results, the page says no recommendations match those
filters. The detail panel appears when there are recommendations to select or
a recommendation is already open.

Select a recommendation to see the problem, the recommended change and why.
**Change not written yet** means there is no written answer to inspect.
**No change recommended** comes with the reason the evidence did not support
a product change.

## Read the counts

**Hit / reached** compares the runs that hit the problem with runs that
reached the same place. **Pairs affected / observed** compares affected
model × agent pairs with every pair observed at that place. These counts
cover the seven-day window when the problem was last seen, rather than all
historical runs. Check **Last seen** before treating them as current.

The inspector also shows runs that hit the problem and did not finish,
clear runs, clear runs that did not finish, runs that got past the problem,
and days seen. Runs without a judged outcome are not counted as unfinished.

## Inspect the evidence

**Evidence behind the change** lists references retained with the decision.
**Cited** marks a reference cited in the answer. **Not cited** does not mean
the reference was shown to the model: an unusable reference may be retained
without being shown. **Latest observations** can differ from these references.

Open a run reference to inspect its exact log step. Open an unread page to
visit the source. **Refresh** reads the latest stored recommendations.
